ShipStation Inventory

Users: Shopify Retailers

Overview

Logicbroker now supports automatic inventory synchronization from ShipStation using ShipStation’s warehouse inventory capabilities. With this enhancement, inventory levels maintained in ShipStation can be pulled directly into Logicbroker without manual uploads, improving accuracy and reducing operational overhead. This development enables customers using ShipStation as a fulfillment and inventory source to maintain up-to-date availability across their Logicbroker trading network with minimal effort.

How It Works

  • Logicbroker will pull in ShipStation inventory by warehouse and post it into our platform

  • For multiple warehouses, we will aggregate the quantities and will support a maximum of 25 warehouses

  • All SKUs that are matched will be posted to the retailer's site automatically

ShipStation Setup

  1. Set up Inventory Warehouse(s) and SKU allocation

  2. Go to Settings > Account > API Settings > generate an API Key for V2 (ShipStation only allows Inventory through V2, yet all other flows such as orders and shipments will continue to flow through their V1 endpoints)

Logicbroker Setup

  1. Reach out to support@logicbroker.com and let us know you would like us to enable the workflow to pull in inventory through ShipStation

  2. Under Connectors Connections ShipStation > Inventory

    • add in your ShipStation API Key V2

    • click on Get Inventory Warehouses

    • add the Warehouse Codes for the warehouses you want us to pull inventory from (for multiple codes, separate them with a comma)

  3. Save

  4. Match SKUs you want Logicbroker to send to your retailer - there's 2 ways to do this

    • Inventory > Settings > Enable Auto Match

    • Inventory > Import > Matched SKUs Feed

Notes

  • Inventory will be pulled into Logicbroker from ShipStation at 5 minutes past the hour
