Remove Documents Older than 2 Years
Effective June 30, documents that are greater than 2 years old will be permanently removed. Documents will no longer be accessible once removed.
Mapping Weight from Shopify into ShipStation
Weight is pulled from Shopify and the item weight is then posted into ShipStation. The weight for Shopify is provided in grams and is then automatically converted into pounds in the packages section of the order in Logicbroker.
Product Feed Page Updates
The Product Feed upload will no longer be visible for non-billable suppliers. Users will upload their products to the product catalog. To view product feeds, the individual feed will be downloaded which will also show any errors.
