There is now a message center function embedded directly in the order management page to help partners easily exchange information regarding orders. To access the message center at the order level, use the following steps:
1) Log in to the portal and on the left-hand side and navigate to Orders.
2) You will then be directed to your Order Management page where you can view all of your orders.
3) Select the order you would like to leave a comment on and click view.
4) Scroll to the bottom of the order and select the Messages dropdown.
5) To add a new comment on the order, click on New Message and a pop-up box will appear where you can compose your message. Once you have composed your message, click on send.
6) All of the messages related to that order will then appear in the Messages section of the order page.
