At a Glance

The Account Information page provides both retailers and suppliers with a place to view and manage their account information and what is shared with partners. 

 

Account Basics

This section contains basic account information used to create your company account. For retailers this is set up at the beginning of your integration and for suppliers, this info is collected during the onboarding process on the form. Please note: if you would like to edit any of this information, please reach out to support@logicbroker.com as this data is not editable within the portal.

 

 

Company Logo

This section allows you to upload your company logo. Retailers logos will be shown on packing slips. Company logos will also be shown as part of your profile in the Discover page (subscription required to view this page) when searching for new partners.

 

Profile

This section contains more in-depth company information that may help in visibility, order processing and connecting with new partners. Retailers can see this information from suppliers through the Partner Management Center and the Discover page. Suppliers are encouraged to share as much information as possible for retailers to be able to reach out for specific communications, understand the supplier's operation flow and make your company more accessible when retailers are looking for new partners. 

Merchandising
Merchandising information is helpful for understanding who to reach out to when expanding in new categories, knowing in what market your company sells in and displaying a message for partners to see when looking for new opportunities. When editing your merchandising information, be sure to enable the 'Share my profile on the Connected Commerce Network' to expose your company to new partnership opportunities. For suppliers, this information is collected during the onboarding process as part of the intake form.
Contacts
Retailers can set the sourcing priority for suppliers in the case where there are preferred partners or 1P vs. 3P partners and there's a preference to have orders sourced to some companies over others.  
Contacts are helpful for retailers to know what person to reach out to in different circumstances. For example, the 
  • Partner contact is useful to reach out to when discussing partnership expectations
  • Operations contact may be able to provide more info around processing and shipping times
  • IT contact can help during technical EDI issues or timeouts
  • Customer Service contact may be able to address product or delivery concerns coming from the customer , retailers will reach out to the Partners contact, to better understand shipment/processing times, they'll reach out to Retailers can set the sourcing priority for suppliers in the case where there are preferred partners or 1P vs. 3P partners and there's a preference to have orders sourced to some companies over others. 
Warehouses
Share warehouse information including name, codes and addresses to allow partners to see what locations you ship out from. Please note: This will not currently automate location-based shipments. 
Closures
Share closure dates to allow partners visibility into non-working days to take into account when communicating with customers on possible delayed shipments. This also allows partners to stay updated on potential communication delays.  
Hours of Operation
Share your hours of operation specific to your organization to allow partners visibility into when they can expect to be able to reach out for questions or order issues. Please note: These are not specific to warehouses. 

 

Partners

This section allows users to see all the active partners they are connected to along with the Logicbroker Account Number and any Retailer-assigned Vendor Number if applicable. Please note: This list may differ from stage to production based on if the partership if still in testing or live.
