**Note setting up this XML or JSON integration assumes that you will be following the document specifications posted here.
This XML/JSON integration will use FTP/SFTP. The same formats can also be supported through the API and setup instructions can be found under Setting up a API Integration
The documents supported through XML/JSON include Orders, Acknowledgements, Shipments, Invoices, Returns and Inventory; for any other unsupported document types, they will need to be reviewed manually through the portal.
FTP Setup:
Stage Host: vftp-stage.logicbroker.com
Production Host: vftp.logicbroker.com

Process Test File(s) |

Communicate Results with Logicbroker |
Follow the instructions for each test case. All communication with the logicbroker onboarding team in regards to the process can be done through the support center or through email. |

Go Live |
Logicbroker will let you know when all test cases are completed successfully and will schedule a date and time to go live. Once live all connection information will need to be switched to the production environment. |
** For partner hosted FTP sites. The onboarding process will remain the same except setup to what host and the directories will change and need to be specified in the onboarding survey.
