Filling out the onboarding survey will provide logicbroker with all necessary information to provision the appropriate integration.
To submit begin by clicking "Submit a Ticket" in the top navigation.
Depending on your relationship with logicbroker you will select "Onboarding Customer Survey" if you have a subscription with logicbroker and "Onboarding Partner Survey" if you do not and were invited by your retailer.
Next fill out the questions and submit; logicbroker will use the information to provision the appropriate setup and test documents.
If you are integrating via EDI please be sure to have all necessary connection information to be submitted.
