This notification is used for companies receiving Advance Shipment Notices (ASN), through EDI this would be an 856. You will receive this notification when an ASN has failed to process either in Logicbroker or to your integrated system.
To see where your Shipment has failed to process you will have to navigate to the Shipment Detail page. You can get there by searching the document # in the Search Documents field at the top of the page.
Once you find the Shipment document and are on the Shipment Details page, scroll down to the bottom and expand the Document Processing History panel. Here you will see all history processed on the shipment. This will help you narrow down where your shipment has failed.
