Subscribing for this notification will provide an email notification when inventory upload fails under the Product Management page. The notification will be provided only for the account that submits the failed excel or CSV file. For more information on how to upload product/inventory files see this article.
Logicbroker will provide a failure notification when either one of the following occurs:
1. When logicbroker cannot connect to the Merchant's FTP site, unable to post the file.
2. When the format of the file is not correct. The file will need to have a ".csv" extension and needs to be formatted to the logicbroker csv standard.
