Portal Onboarding

This guide is for vendors onboarding with a Logicbroker retailer using a Portal connection method. 

Expected onboarding time: 1-5 days



A Portal connection method offers the quickest and easiest go live. See below how each module is handled:

  • Product - vendors upload a CSV file into the portal to send product data to the retailer
  • Inventory - vendors upload an XLSX/CSV file into the portal to reflect inventory updates
  • Orders - vendors receive orders, create acknowledgments shipments and invoices in the portal
  • Packing Slips - vendors download and print retailer-branded packing slips in the portal

Please note: These are standard Logicbroker modules; these vary depending on the retailer.
