The Product Feed Management page will be used to send product content data to systems, retailers, brands, marketplaces or any partner.
If you are a supplier/brand this is where you can select the channel to send your product information and review the data that was sent. You can check to see what products were compliant, edit individual products and upload new files.
The data that gets sent to your partner can be used to post product data on a marketplace, used for a retailer to setup products on their site, or if you need to receive product information from your suppliers into your system or endpoint it can be provided as well.
By default, all partners are setup to send and receive product feeds through VFTP. If a partner is not setup to send or receive directly to their system the file will get posted to your VFTP site. Folder structures are shown below.
/Product/Archive - This is where all files that were picked up will go once they are removed from the Inbound directory. This is to keep a history of all data processed.
/Product/Inbound - If you are a retailer or a partner receiving product feeds, this is where you will go to get your latest feed.
